REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Court Bookings

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.

CODE OF CONDUCT & FACILITY RULES

All users agree to:

• Wear appropriate sports attire and footwear
• Follow staff instructions
• Avoid misuse of equipment
• Respect other players and property
• Avoid alcohol, drugs, or unlawful behavior on premises

Management reserves the right to remove individuals violating rules without refund.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
